We offer three CAP programs, free of charge, that can help restore hope as you move toward financial freedom.

This free confidential conversation is designed to help you take the first step toward greater financial freedom. A trained financial coach will listen, offer practical tools and connect you with ongoing support through CAP’s financial programs. No judgment. Just help.

This is a simple, flexible and effective three-session money management course that teaches people budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system.
Led by a CAP Money Coach, you’ll learn how to take a good look at where your finances are currently and how to build your own balanced, sustainable budget. Our free, online tool makes the process simple and gives you immediate clarity around your budget.
